Tamirace Fakhoury is Associate Professor of Political Science and Global Migration Studies at Aalborg University in Copenhagen. She is also the Scientific Advisor to the Kuwait Chair at Sciences Po in Paris (2020-2022). She studies power-sharing and democratization in ethnically diverse societies, refugee and migration politics in conflict-affected areas, and norm contestation in the international system (Case study: the EU’s external migration policy and how states in the Global South contest and re-appropriate it)
